Business Owners, Get Off Your Island

Join our peer group and share your ideas, pain points and struggles with other like-minded leaders.

Why Join BSB

As a business owner, you're faced with tough decisions every day—and sometimes it's hard to know where to turn for trusted business advice. With the BSB you'll be able to stop doing business alone and get OFF your island.

About the BSB

This is a unique group for like-minded business owners and serves as a community in which we can share ideas and struggles to help each other thrive and reach our goals.

GOAL & MISSION

The Biz Sounding Board goal is to create and provide a trusted, private forum where we can stop feeling like we’re alone on an island in our leadership roles. By speaking openly about any topic, sharing ideas, and providing feedback to fellow peers, we gain connection and support. In doing so, we help each other learn and grow.

WHO CAN JOIN

This is an exclusive group that we are seeking business owners to join. If you’re like us, feeling at times as though nobody else understands your day-to-day experiences, and you want to learn and grow as a leader, then the BSB group may be a good fit for you.

GROUP FORMAT

We’ll meet monthly via ZOOM video chat and eventually in person. We’d like to meet in the early morning hours as we know members of this group will have very busy schedules. We’ll have a featured topic to discuss and then an open forum to share whatever is on your mind. We’ll then wrap up with some favorite book reviews.

OUR PROMISE

This is a private forum in which we encourage and expect to get personal. Trust is essential to being a member, and what gets discussed in this group stays in this group – plain and simple. This is NOT a forum to make a sales pitch. We will not have members from competing companies in the same conversation. This is a safe place to speak freely.
